Roto-moulding / Roto-lining
Together with Rudolf Gutbrod Gmbh Germany we combine many years of experience. We are pioneers in rotational sinter lining. This process gives you the advantage of full-vacuum , high chemical resistance by using fluorinated materials such as ETFE and PFA. Also the high performance plastics like PE, PP and PA are possible. We can supply with FDA certificate upon request and also supply electrical conductive linings.

Sheetlining (loose / bonded)
The well-known technique used in the corrosion resistance industry for more than 40 years is conventional lining. We use Fluor-polymers in the form of Skived sheets, Isostatic, paste-extrude, laminates and thin sheets. Main feature of this process is fitting polymer sheet inside a metal structure. A solid way of lining big equipment like storage vessels. This can be a loose lining or one with bonded by an adhesive. In this case we use sheets with a backing material like glass or polyester.
